The Messenger of Allah ﷺ designated Dhul Hulayfah as the place of entering ihram for the people of Madinah, Qarn for the people of Najd, and Juhfah for the people of Sham.The narrator said, "These three I memorized directly from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and I was told that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ also said, 'And Yalamlam for the people of Yemen.'"He was asked, "What about Iraq?"He replied, "There was no Iraq at that time."

وقت رسول الله ﷺ لأهل المدينة ذا الحليفة ولأهل نجد قرنا ولأهل الشأم الجحفة وقال هؤلاء الثلاث حفظتهن من رسول الله ﷺ وحدثت أن رسول الله ﷺ قال ولأهل اليمن يلملم فقيل له العراق قال لم يكن يومئذ عراق
