The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, that is, there are five creatures a person commits no offense in killing even while he is in the sacred state of pilgrimage, the snake, the scorpion, the mouse, the vicious dog, and the kite.
قال وقال رسول الله ﷺ يعني خمس لا جناح عليه وهو حرام أن يقتلهن الحية والعقرب والفأرة والكلب العقور والحدأة
