Its isnad is sahih. Ishaq bin Sulayman was already established as reliable at 452, and we add here that Bukhari included his biography in Kabir 1/1/391. In kh it reads "Sulayman narrated to us," omitting "Ishaq bin," which is an error, we corrected it based on k and m. The hadith was narrated by Bukhari 10:453 from Ubaydullah bin Musa from Hanzala with this isnad, and it is among what he narrated alone, not shared with Muslim, as Hafiz stated in Fath al-Bari at the end of Kitab al-Adab, 10:507. I did not find it in any of the six books other than Bukhari. Tirmidhi 4:34 alluded to it with his statement "and on this subject." Its meaning has already preceded in the hadith of Saad bin Abu Waqqas at 1056, 1057, 1535, and 1569.Hafiz quoted in Fath al-Bari 10:454, from Abu Ubayd, regarding the tafsir of this hadith, he said, "Its meaning, in my view, is that his heart becomes filled with poetry until it overcomes him and distracts him from the Quran and from remembrance of Allah, so it becomes the dominant thing within him. But if the Quran and knowledge are what dominate him, then his innermost being is not filled with poetry."
