The Prophet ﷺ said, "A prayer in this mosque of mine is better than a thousand prayers in any other mosque, except the Sacred Mosque, which is superior."
حدثنا إسحاق بن يوسف حدثنا عبد الملك عن عطاء
عن النبي ﷺ أنه قال صلاة في مسجدي هذا أفضل من ألف صلاة فيما سواه من المساجد إلا المسجد الحرام فهو أفضل
Its isnad is sahih. Abdul-Malik is Ibn Abu Sulayman Arzami. This hadith is a repetition of 4646. There it occurred as "two thousand prayers," which is a printing error in H, and the correct reading is "a thousand prayers," as found in K, Sahih Muslim, and elsewhere, and in the narration given here.
