Abdullah bin Umar reported,

I heard a hadith from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that, even if I had only heard it once or twice, up to seven times, I would still relate it. But in fact I heard it more often than that. He said,"Kifl was a man from the Children of Israil who held himself back from no sin he wished to commit. A woman came to him, and he gave her sixty Dinars in exchange for sleeping with her. When he sat with her as a man sits with his wife, she began to tremble and weep.He asked, 'What makes you cry? Have I forced you?'She replied, 'No, but this is something I have never done before. Only need has driven me to it.'He said, 'You would do this, having never done it before?' Then he got up and said, 'Go, the Dinars are yours.' Then he said, 'By Allah, Kifl will never disobey Allah again.'He died that very night, and by morning it was written on his door, 'Allah عز وجل has forgiven Kifl.'"
