The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "None of you should eat from his sacrifice for more than three days."So when the sun set on the third day, Abdullah would not eat from the meat of his sacrificial offering.
حدثنا يحيى عن ابن جريج أخبرني نافع
قال رسول الله ﷺ لا يأكل أحدكم من أضحيته فوق ثلاثة أيام وكان عبد الله إذا غابت الشمس من اليوم الثالث لا يأكل من لحم هديه
