Abdullah bin Masud reported,

On the night of the jinn, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ drew a line around me, and they began to come, each one of them appearing like the dark mass of a palm tree. He said to me, "Do not leave your place." Then he recited the Book of Allah to them.When he later saw the Zutt people, he remarked, "They look just like them."The Prophet ﷺ asked, "Do you have any water with you?"I replied, "No."He asked, "Do you have nabidh with you?"I said, "Yes."So he performed ablution with it.

عن ابن مسعود

أن رسول الله ﷺ ليلة الجن خط حوله فكان يجيء أحدهم مثل سواد النخل وقال لي لا تبرح مكانك فأقرأهم كتاب الله عز وجل فلما رأى الزط قال كأنهم هؤلاء وقال النبي ﷺ أمعك ماء قلت لا قال أمعك نبيذ قلت نعم فتوضأ به
