Allah has cursed women who tattoo and those who have themselves tattooed, women who pluck their facial hair, women who file their teeth for beauty, and those who alter Allah's creation. Then he said, "Should I not curse the one whom the Messenger of Allah ﷺ cursed?"A woman from Banu Asad said, "I think this applies to your own household."He told her, "Go and look."So she went and looked, then returned and said, "I did not see anything of that among them, nor have I seen it in the Mushaf."He replied, "Indeed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said it."

لعن الله المتوشمات والمتنمصات والمتفلجات والمغيرات خلق الله ثم قال ألا ألعن من لعن رسول الله ﷺ فقالت امرأة من بني أسد إني لأظنه في أهلك فقال لها اذهبي فانظري فذهبت فنظرت فقالت ما رأيت فيهم شيئا وما رأيته في المصحف قال بلى قاله رسول الله ﷺ
