The Messenger of Allah ﷺ took my hand and taught me the tashahhud to recite during prayer, "All greetings, prayers, and pure words belong to Allah. Peace be upon you, Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. Peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of Allah. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and messenger."
حدثنا حسين بن علي عن الحسن بن الحر عن القاسم بن مخيمرة قال أخذ علقمة بيدي قال أخذ
أخذ رسول الله ﷺ بيدي فعلمني التشهد في الصلاة التحيات لله والصلوات والطيبات السلام عليك أيها النبي ورحمة الله وبركاته السلام علينا وعلى عباد الله الصالحين أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وأشهد أن محمدا عبده ورسوله
Its isnad is sahih. Husayn bin Ali is Jafi, the Kufan Quran reciter, whose reliability was already established at 1284. Hasan bin Hurr bin Hakam Nakhai, whose reliability was also already established at 1215, is the maternal uncle of Husayn bin Ali Jafi. The hadith about the tashahhud has passed several times, including at 3622 and 4189.
