The Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood among us and said, "Nothing transmits disease to another."An Arabi stood up and asked, "Messenger of Allah, what about the mange that appears on a camel's lip or tail within a large herd, and then the entire herd becomes infected?"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, "Then what gave mange to the first one? There is no contagion, no evil omen from owls, and no ill omen in the month of Safar. Allah created every soul and decreed for it its lifespan, its trials, and its provision."
حدثنا عبد الرحمن حدثنا سفيان عن عمارة بن القعقاع قال حدثنا أبو زرعة حدثنا صاحب لنا
قام فينا رسول الله ﷺ فقال لا يعدي شيء شيئا فقام أعرابي فقال يا رسول الله النقبة من الجرب تكون بمشفر البعير أو بذنبه في الإبل العظيمة فتجرب كلها فقال رسول الله ﷺ فما أجرب الأول لا عدوى ولا هامة ولا صفر خلق الله كل نفس فكتب حياتها ومصيباتها ورزقها
