Uthman called for water while he was sitting on the benches. He poured some over his right hand and washed it, then put his right hand into the vessel and washed his hands three times. Then he washed his face three times, rinsed his mouth and nose, and washed his forearms up to the elbows three times. Then he wiped his head, and then washed his feet up to the ankles three times.Then he said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'Whoever performs wudu as I have just done, then prays two units of prayer without letting his mind wander during them, will have his past sins forgiven.'"
