Ibrahim bin Suwayd reported,
Alqama led us in the Dhuhr prayer, and I do not know whether he prayed three or five. Someone pointed it out to him, and he said, "You too, one-eyed one?"I said, "Yes."So he performed two prostrations. Then Alqama related from Abdullah 
that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ once prayed Dhuhr as five.He was asked, "Has something been added to the prayer?"He said, "Why do you ask?"They said, "You prayed five."So he performed two prostrations after he had given the closing salutation.

Sahihحدثنا محمد بن جعفر حدثنا شعبة عن سلمة بن كهيل عن إبراهيم بن سويد وكان إمام مسجد علقمة بعد علقمة قال صلى بنا علقمة الظهر فلا أدري أصلى ثلاثا أم خمسا فقيل له فقال وأنت يا أعور فقلت نعم قال فسجد سجدتين ثم حدث علقمة عن عبد الله عن النبي ﷺ مثل ذلك
Its chain of transmission is sahih. Muslim (1:159) also related it through Hasan bin Ubaydullah, from Ibrahim bin Suwayd, at greater length.As for his statement, "I do not know whether he prayed three or five," it appears that the doubt belongs to Salama bin Kuhayl, since Hasan bin Ubaydullah stated definitively in his version that he prayed five, without any doubt.As for his statement, "And you too, one-eyed man," this is an abridgement, which is clarified by the fuller account of Hasan bin Ubaydullah. When he finished the prayer with the salam, the people said, "Abu Shibl, did you pray five?" He said, "No, I did not." They said, "Yes, you did." I was standing off to the side among the people, being a young boy, and I said, "Yes, you did pray five." He said to me, "You too, one-eyed man, you say that?" I said, "Yes."See 4032.
