The Messenger of Allah used to say "Allahu Akbar" with every bowing, prostration, rising, and lowering, and so did Abu Bakr and Umar, may Allah be pleased with them. They would give the salutation to their right and to their left, saying, "Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah."

كان رسول الله يكبر في كل ركوع وسجود ورفع ووضع وأبو بكر وعمر رضوان الله عليهما ويسلمون على أيمانهم وشمائلهم السلام عليكم ورحمة الله
