We asked our Prophet ﷺ about the pace of walking with a funeral procession. He said, "The pace should be less than a brisk trot. If the deceased was righteous, then he is being hastened to good. If he was otherwise, then away with the people of the Fire. The funeral is to be followed, not to be preceded. Whoever walks ahead of it is not one of us."
Its isnad is daif, and it is a repetition of 3734. As for the sin in K in both places, whether it should be "yuajjil" or "tuajjil," we chose to render one of them with a ya and the other with a ta, so that there would be room to reflect the variation between the narrations. But in the two original manuscripts, both instances are written with the ya, so no such variation actually appears.
