We performed Hajj with Ibn Masud during the caliphate of Uthman. When we stood at Arafah and the sun had set, Ibn Masud said, "If the Commander of the Believers were to depart now, he would be following the sunnah."I cannot say which came first, Ibn Masud's words or Uthman's departure. The people moved off swiftly, but Ibn Masud kept his pace at no more than a walk, yet we all arrived together.Ibn Masud led us in the Maghrib prayer, then called for his evening meal and ate. He stood and prayed Isha, then slept. When the first light of dawn appeared, he rose and prayed the morning prayer.I said to him, "You did not used to pray this prayer at this hour." He normally delayed the morning prayer until the light had spread.He replied, "I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on this day and in this place praying at this very hour."
حدثنا عفان حدثنا جرير بن حازم قال سمعت أبا إسحاق يحدث
حججنا مع ابن مسعود في خلافة عثمان قال فلما وقفنا بعرفة قال فلما غابت الشمس قال ابن مسعود لو أن أمير المؤمنين أفاض الآن كان قد أصاب قال فلا أدري كلمة ابن مسعود كانت أسرع أو إفاضة عثمان قال فأوضع الناس ولم يزد ابن مسعود على العنق حتى أتينا جميعا فصلى بنا ابن مسعود المغرب ثم دعا بعشائه ثم تعشى ثم قام فصلى العشاء الآخرة ثم رقد حتى إذا طلع أول الفجر قام فصلى الغداة قال فقلت له ما كنت تصلي الصلاة هذه الساعة قال وكان يسفر بالصلاة قال إني رأيت رسول الله ﷺ في هذا اليوم وهذا المكان يصلي هذه الساعة

Its isnad is sahih. Bukhari narrated part of it in similar wording, 3:424, through the route of Israil from Abu Ishaq, and Hafiz referred to this narration from the Musnad in Fath al-Bari. Part of its meaning has already passed in brief form at 3637."The people made their camels go fast" means they drove their camels at high speed.Al-anaq, with two fatha vowels, is a certain kind of fast pace in walking.What is apparent from this hadith is that it is a lesser degree than al-eedaa.
