Abdullah bin Masud reported,

The Prophet ﷺ prayed Dhuhr or Asr as five units, then performed two prostrations of forgetfulness. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then said, "These two prostrations are for whoever among you suspects that he has added or omitted something in his prayer."

أن النبي ﷺ صلى الظهر أو العصر خمسا ثم سجد سجدتي السهو ثم قال رسول الله ﷺ هاتان السجدتان لمن ظن منكم أنه زاد أو نقص
