The Messenger of Allah ﷺ stopped at a place to rest when a man went off to a thicket and took some eggs of a red-coloured bird from it. The bird then came fluttering over the head of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and the heads of his companions.He asked, "Which of you has distressed this bird?"A man from the group said, "I took some of its eggs."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Return them."

نزل رسول الله ﷺ منزلا فانطلق إنسان إلى غيضة فأخرج منها بيض حمرة فجاءت الحمرة ترف على رأس رسول الله ﷺ ورءوس أصحابه فقال أيكم فجع هذه فقال رجل من القوم أنا أصبت لها بيضا قال رسول الله ﷺ اردده
