The Prophet of Allah ﷺ forbade that a woman be married to a man while her paternal aunt or maternal aunt is also married to him.
حدثنا روح حدثنا سعيد عن أبي حريز عن عكرمة
أن نبي الله ﷺ نهى أن تنكح المرأة على عمتها أو على خالتها
Its isnad is sahih. Abu Hurayz, with a fatha on the ha, is Abdullah bin Husayn Al-Azdi, the judge of Sijistan. Ahmad said, he is munkar al-hadith, and Nasai and others declared him daif, but Ibn Main and Abu Zura considered him reliable. Abu Hatim said, his hadith is hasan, he is not munkar al-hadith, and his hadith is written down.The hadith was narrated by Tirmidhi, 2:188, through Abu Hurayz, and he graded it sahih. It is an abridgment of 1878.
