The Messenger of Allah ﷺ traveled between Mecca and Medina fearing none but Allah, and he would shorten the prayer.

Its isnad is sahih. Qurra bin Khalid Sadusi Basri is trustworthy and precise. Bukhari mentioned him in al-Kabir 4/1/183, where he said, Yahya Qattan said, "Qurra bin Khalid is among the most reliable of our teachers." The hadith is a repeat of 3317.
