Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

Umm Hufayd, the maternal aunt of Ibn Abbas, presented the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with ghee, dried curd, and lizards as a gift. He ate the ghee and the dried curd but left the lizards out of distaste. The lizards were eaten at the table of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and had they been forbidden, they would not have been eaten at his table.
