The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed Zuhr at Dhul Hulayfah, then called for his sacrificial camel and made an incision on the right side of its hump, wiped away the blood, and hung two sandals around its neck. He then called for his mount, and when it stood upright with him on the open plain of Bayda, he entered the state of ihram for Hajj.

صلى رسول الله ﷺ الظهر بذي الحليفة ثم دعا ببدنته فأشعر صفحة سنامها الأيمن وسلت الدم عنها وقلدها نعلين ثم دعا براحلته فلما استوت به على البيداء أهل بالحج
