Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

Regarding the verse "Do not move your tongue with it to hasten it" [Qiyamah 75:16], the Prophet ﷺ used to endure great strain from the revelation, and he would move his lips.Ibn Abbas said to me, "I am moving my lips just as the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to move his."And Saeed said to me, "I am moving mine just as I saw Ibn Abbas move his lips."Then Allah revealed, "Do not move your tongue with it to hasten it. Upon Us is its gathering and its recitation" [Qiyamah 75:16–17], meaning its gathering in your heart, then We recite it. "So when We recite it, follow its recitation" [Qiyamah 75:18], meaning listen to it and be silent. "Then upon Us is its clarification" [Qiyamah 75:19].After that, whenever Jibreel departed, he would recite it just as Jibreel had recited it to him.

عن ابن عباس

في قوله {لا تحرك به لسانك لتعجل به} قال كان النبي ﷺ يعالج من التنزيل شدة فكان يحرك شفتيه قال فقال لي ابن عباس أنا أحرك شفتي كما كان رسول الله ﷺ يحرك وقال لي سعيد أنا أحرك كما رأيت ابن عباس يحرك شفتيه فأنزل الله عز وجل {لا تحرك به لسانك لتعجل به إن علينا جمعه وقرآنه} قال جمعه في صدرك ثم نقرؤه {فإذا قرأناه فاتبع قرآنه} فاستمع له وأنصت {ثم إن علينا بيانه} فكان بعد ذلك إذا انطلق جبريل قرأه كما أقرأه
