The Messenger of Allah ﷺ married Maymuna bint Harith while he was in the state of ihram. In the narration of Yala bin Hakeem, he consummated the marriage with her at a watering place called Sarif. When he had completed his pilgrimage rites, he held the wedding with her at that same water.
حدثنا محمد بن بكر أخبرنا سعيد وعبد الوهاب عن سعيد عن قتادة ويعلى بن حكيم عن عكرمة
أن رسول الله ﷺ تزوج ميمونة بنت الحارث وهو محرم قال وفي حديث يعلى بن حكيم بنى بها بماء يقال له سرف فلما قضى نسكه أعرس بها بذلك الماء
