The Prophet ﷺ said, "One who treats those under his authority badly will not enter Paradise."
حدثنا يزيد قال أخبرنا همام عن فرقد السبخي وعفان قالا حدثنا مرة الطيب
عن النبي ﷺ قال لا يدخل الجنة سيئ الملكة
Its isnad is daif because of the weakness of Farqad Sabakhi, and it is an abridgment of number 13.There is a problem in the wording of this isnad that must be clarified. Affan is Ibn Muslim Saffar, who is a teacher of Ahmad bin Hanbal and a student of Hammam bin Yahya. So what is meant is not what the apparent wording of the isnad suggests, namely that Hammam narrates from both Farqad Sabakhi and Affan together, both of them from Murrah Tayyib, for this is not reasonable.Rather, Affan is conjoined with Yazid, meaning that Ahmad bin Hanbal narrated the hadith from Yazid bin Harun and Affan, both of them from Hammam, from Farqad Sabakhi. They said, meaning Yazid and Affan in their two narrations, that Farqad said, "Murrah Tayyib narrated to us."
