Then he heard him mention it later without attributing it to Ibn Abbas. He said, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The people of Madinah enter the state of ihram from Dhul-Hulayfa, the people of Sham from al-Juhfa, the people of Yemen from Yalamlam, and the people of Najd from Qarn. These are designated for them and for anyone who passes by them from elsewhere who intends to perform Hajj or Umrah. Whoever lives closer to Makkah than the miqat enters ihram from his home, and so on, until even the people of Makkah enter ihram from Makkah."I entered ihram from Yalamlam when I came back from Abdul-Razzaq.
Its isnad is sahih. The uncertainty here between the connected and disconnected forms of this narration does not matter, for Amr bin Dinar narrated it from Tawus from Ibn Abbas 2128, and Maamar and Wahib narrated it from Abdullah bin Tawus from his father from Ibn Abbas 2240, 2272 without any uncertainty. It appears that the uncertainty here comes from Abdul-Razzaq, for the preceding narration of Maamar was narrated from him by Ghundar, Muhammad bin Jafar, who did not mention what Abdul-Razzaq mentioned here.
