Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

A Jew passed by the Messenger of Allah ﷺ while he was sitting and said, "What do you say, Abu Qasim, on the Day when Allah will place the heavens upon this," pointing with his index finger, "and the earth upon this, and the water upon this, and the mountains upon this, and the rest of creation upon this," indicating each with his finger.He said, then Allah revealed, "They have not appraised Allah with true appraisal" [Zumar 39:67], the verse.

حدثنا حسين بن حسن الأشقر حدثنا أبو كدينة عن عطاء عن أبي الضحى

عن ابن عباس قال

مر يهودي برسول الله ﷺ وهو جالس فقال كيف تقول يا أبا القاسم يوم يجعل الله تبارك وتعالى السماء على ذه وأشار بالسبابة والأرض على ذه والماء على ذه والجبال على ذه وسائر الخلائق على ذه كل ذلك يشير بإصبعه قال فأنزل الله تبارك وتعالى {وما قدروا الله حق قدره} الآية
