Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is to be no harm and no reciprocating harm. A man may place a wooden beam into his neighbor's wall, and the main thoroughfare is to be seven cubits wide."

حدثنا عبد الرزاق أخبرنا معمر عن جابر عن عكرمة

عن ابن عباس قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ لا ضرر ولا ضرار وللرجل أن يجعل خشبة في حائط جاره والطريق الميتاء سبعة أذرع
