Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Divide the estate among those entitled to fixed shares according to the Book of Allah , and whatever the fixed shares leave behind goes to the nearest male relative."

حدثنا عبد الرزاق حدثنا معمر عن ابن طاوس عن أبيه

عن ابن عباس قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ اقسموا المال بين أهل الفرائض على كتاب الله تبارك وتعالى فما تركت الفرائض فلأولى ذكر
