The Prophet ﷺ was asked on the day of sacrifice. Someone said, "Messenger of Allah, what about a man who slaughtered before throwing the pebbles, or shaved his head before slaughtering?"He replied, "There is no harm."The narrator said, "He was not asked about anything that day except that he gestured with his hands as though tossing something away, saying, 'There is no harm, there is no harm.'"
حدثنا عبد الصمد حدثنا أبي حدثني أيوب عن عكرمة
سئل النبي ﷺ يوم النحر قيل يا رسول الله رجل ذبح قبل أن يرمي أو حلق قبل أن يذبح فقال لا حرج قال فما سئل يومئذ عن شيء إلا قبض بكفيه كأنه يرمي بها ويقول لا حرج لا حرج
Its isnad is sahih. It is a repetition of 2648, and see 2731. In H it reads, "Abdul-Samad narrated to us, Ayub narrated to me," omitting "my father narrated to us," which is an error. The correct version is from K. Abdul-Samad bin Abdul-Warith never met Ayub bin Abu Tamima Sakhtiyani, and how could he possibly have met him? Ayub died in the year 131, or as some say, before that, while Abdul-Samad died in the year 206 or 207. He only narrates from his father, Abdul-Warith bin Saeed, who narrates from Ayub.
