The Messenger of Allah ﷺ circled the Kaaba seven times and walked between Safa and Marwah seven times. He performed the saee at a brisk pace because he wanted to show the people his strength.
حدثنا بهز حدثنا همام قال أخبرنا قتادة عن عكرمة
أن رسول الله ﷺ طاف بالبيت سبعا وسعى سبعا وإنما سعى أحب أن يري الناس قوته
