Safwan bin Umaya bin Khalaf reported,

He was told that no one would enter Paradise except those who had made the hijrah. He said, "So I said, 'I will not enter my house until I come to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and ask him.'"He said, "I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, 'Messenger of Allah, this man stole a cloak of mine,' referring to a man with him."So he ordered that the man's hand be cut off.He said, "Messenger of Allah, I have given it to him as a gift."The Prophet replied, "Why did you not do so before bringing him to me?"He said, "I said, 'Messenger of Allah, they say that no one will enter Paradise except those who made the hijrah.'"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no hijrah after the conquest of Mecca, but there is jihad and intention. So when you are called to march out, then march out."

عن صفوان بن أمية

أنه قيل له إنه لا يدخل الجنة إلا من هاجر قال فقلت لا أدخل منزلي حتى آتي رسول الله ﷺ فأسأله فأتيت رسول الله ﷺ فقلت يا رسول الله إن هذا سرق خميصة لي لرجل معه فأمر بقطعه فقال يا رسول الله إني قد وهبتها له قال فهلا قبل أن تأتيني به قال فقلت يا رسول الله إنهم يقولون لا يدخل الجنة إلا من هاجر فقال رسول الله ﷺ لا هجرة بعد فتح مكة ولكن جهاد ونية وإذا استنفرتم فانفروا
