The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about a man who kissed his wife while fasting. He said, "He has broken his fast."

سئل رسول الله ﷺ عن رجل قبل امرأته وهو صائم قال قد أفطر

Its isnad is daif, and the like of it is found in Ibn Majah 1/538 no. 1686, and Ibn Abu Shayba 3/63, but the jurists relied on the hadith that he used to kiss while fasting.
