Abu Darda reported,

My beloved friend ﷺ gave me three pieces of advice that I will never abandon for anything. He instructed me to fast three days of every month, never to sleep without performing the witr prayer, and to pray the Duha prayer whether at home or while traveling.

عن أبي الدرداء قال

أوصاني خليلي ﷺ بثلاث لا أدعهن لشيء أوصاني بصيام ثلاثة أيام من كل شهر وأن لا أنام إلا عن وتر وسبحة الضحى في الحضر والسفر
