The Prophet ﷺ passed by a heavily pregnant woman at the door of a tent. The Prophet ﷺ asked, "Perhaps her master intends to have intercourse with her?"They replied, "Yes."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I have a mind to curse him with a curse that will go down with him into his grave. How can he claim him as his heir when the child is not lawful for him? How can he make him his servant when he is not lawful for him?"
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر حدثنا شعبة عن يزيد بن خمير قال سمعت عبد الرحمن بن جبير بن نفير يحدث عن أبيه
عن النبي ﷺ أنه مر بامرأة مجح على باب فسطاط فقال النبي ﷺ لعله يريد أن يلم بها فقالوا نعم فقال رسول الله ﷺ لقد هممت أن ألعنه لعنا يدخل معه قبره كيف يورثه وهو لا يحل له كيف يستخدمه وهو لا يحل له
