Abu Darda reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah has granted you, as charity, one-third of your wealth at the time of your death."

عن رسول الله ﷺ أنه قال إن الله تصدق عليكم بثلث أموالكم عند وفاتكم
