Umm Hani bint Abu Talib reported,

I came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "Messenger of Allah, I am a woman who has grown heavy, so teach me something I can say while sitting."He said, "Say 'Allahu Akbar' one hundred times, for it is better for you than one hundred sacrificial camels draped and accepted. Say 'Alhamdulillah' one hundred times, for it is better for you than one hundred horses saddled and bridled which you send out in the path of Allah. Say 'Subhan Allah' one hundred times, for it is better for you than freeing one hundred slaves from the descendants of Ismail. And say 'La ilaha illa Allah' one hundred times, for it leaves no sin behind, and no deed surpasses it."

حدثنا يونس بن محمد قال حدثنا أبو معشر عن مسلم بن أبي مريم عن صالح مولى وجزة

عن أم هانئ بنت أبي طالب قالت

جئت النبي ﷺ فقلت يا رسول الله إني امرأة قد ثقلت فعلمني شيئا أقوله وأنا جالسة قال قولي الله أكبر مائة مرة فإنه خير لك من مائة بدنة مجللة متقبلة وقولي الحمد لله مائة مرة فإنه خير لك من مائة فرس مسرجة ملجمة حملتيها في سبيل الله وقولي سبحان الله مائة مرة هو خير لك من مائة رقبة من ولد إسماعيل تعتقينهن وقولي لا إله إلا الله مائة مرة لا تذر ذنبا ولا يسبقه العمل
