The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "No Muslim alights at a place and says when he alights, 'I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created,'" and Yazid added, "three times," "except that he will be protected from the evil of that place until he departs from it."
حدثنا محمد بن يزيد عن حجاج ويزيد بن هارون قال أخبرنا الحجاج عن الربيع بن مالك قال قالت خولة بنت حكيم قال محمد بن يزيد
رسول الله ﷺ ما من مسلم ينزل منزلا فيقول حين ينزل أعوذ بكلمات الله التامة من شر ما خلق وقال يزيد ثلاثا إلا وقي شر منزله ذلك حتى يظعن منه
Its isnad is sahih, but Rabi bin Malik did not meet Khawlah, and in his account there is something resembling tadlis, however the hadith was already given previously as connected through Saad, from her, in the preceding narration. Kabir 24/233, no. 590.
