I heard the Prophet of Allah ﷺ delivering a sermon at Arafat, saying, "May Allah forgive those who shave their heads," three times.They said, "And those who shorten their hair?"He said on the fourth time, "And those who shorten their hair."She said, I also heard him say, "If a slave is appointed over you who leads you according to the Book of Allah, then listen to him and obey."

سمعت نبي الله ﷺ بعرفات يخطب يقول غفر الله للمحلقين ثلاث مرار قالوا والمقصرين فقال والمقصرين في الرابعة قالت وسمعته يقول إن استعمل عليكم عبد يقودكم بكتاب الله فاسمعوا له وأطيعوا
