The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If there is healing in anything, it is in the incision of a cupping instrument, a drink of honey, or cauterization with fire applied to the place of pain, but I do not like to be cauterized."
حدثنا عبد الله بن يزيد قال حدثنا سعيد بن أبي أيوب قال حدثني يزيد بن أبي حبيب عن سويد بن قيس التجيبي من كندة
قال رسول الله ﷺ إن كان في شيء شفاء ففي شرطة من محجم أو شربة من عسل أو كية بنار تصيب ألما وما أحب أن أكتوي
Its isnad is sahih. Haythami said in 5/91, "Its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except for Suwayd bin Qays, who is trustworthy." It is found in Tabarani's Al-Kabir 19/430, no. 1044, and it has previously appeared at 9439 and 17428.
