I saw the Prophet ﷺ, when he finished his seven circuits, come to the edge of the circumambulation area and pray two units of prayer, with no one between him and the place of circumambulation.

رأيت النبي ﷺ حين فرغ من أسبوعه أتى حاشية الطواف فصلى ركعتين وليس بينه وبين الطواف أحد
