We migrated with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and among us were those who died without having tasted any of their reward. One of them was Musab bin Umayr, who left behind nothing but a striped woolen cloak. When we covered his head with it, his feet showed, and when we covered his feet, his head showed. So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to us, "Cover his head with it," and we placed idhkhir grass over his feet.And among us were those whose fruits had ripened, and they were gathering them.
حدثنا عبد الله بن إدريس قال سمعت الأعمش يروي عن شقيق
هاجرنا مع رسول الله ﷺ فمنا من مات ولم يأكل من أجره شيئا منهم مصعب بن عمير لم يترك إلا نمرة إذا غطوا بها رأسه بدت رجلاه وإذا غطينا رجله بدا رأسه فقال لنا رسول الله ﷺ غطوا رأسه وجعلنا على رجليه إذخرا قال ومنا من أينع الثمار فهو يهدبها
