While the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was taking a nap in my house, he suddenly woke up smiling.I said, "May my father and mother be sacrificed for you, what makes you smile?"He said, "People from my nation were shown to me riding upon this sea like kings upon thrones."I said, "Pray to Allah that He make me one of them."He said, "O Allah, make her one of them." Then he slept again, and again woke up smiling.I said, "May my father and mother be sacrificed for you, what makes you smile?"He said, "People from my nation were shown to me riding upon this sea like kings upon thrones."I said, "Pray to Allah that He make me one of them."He said, "You are among the first."So she went on a military expedition with Ubada bin Samit, who was her husband. A grey mule of hers threw her, breaking her neck, and she fell and died.

بينا رسول الله ﷺ قائلا في بيتي إذ استيقظ وهو يضحك فقلت بأبي وأمي أنت ما يضحكك فقال عرض علي ناس من أمتي يركبون ظهر هذا البحر كالملوك على الأسرة فقلت ادع الله أن يجعلني منهم قال اللهم اجعلها منهم ثم نام أيضا فاستيقظ وهو يضحك فقلت بأبي وأمي ما يضحكك قال عرض علي ناس من أمتي يركبون هذا البحر كالملوك على الأسرة فقلت ادع الله أن يجعلني منهم قال أنت من الأولين فغزت مع عبادة بن الصامت وكان زوجها فوقصتها بغلة لها شهباء فوقعت فماتت
