The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered upon me on the day of my wedding and sat in this very spot where my bed is. I had with me two young girls beating tambourines and lamenting my forefathers who had been killed on the day of Badr. Among the things they were saying was, "And among us is a Prophet who knows what will happen tomorrow."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "As for this, do not say it."

دخل علي رسول الله ﷺ يوم عرسي فقعد في موضع فراشي هذا وعندي جاريتان تضربان بالدف وتندبان آبائي الذين قتلوا يوم بدر فقالتا فيما تقولان وفينا نبي يعلم ما يكون في اليوم وفي غد فقال رسول الله ﷺ أما هذا فلا تقولاه
Its isnad is sahih. Mahanna bin Abdul-Hameed Abu Sahl is al-Basri, one of the trustworthy hadith scholars, and his hadith appears in the Sunan works. Abu Husayn is Khalid bin Zakwan.The hadith was narrated by Bukhari 9/202 no. 5147, and Tirmidhi 3/390 no. 1090, who said it is hasan sahih, and Ibn Majah 1/611 no. 1897. Hakim graded it sahih at 2/185, and Dhahabi agreed with him, all of them in the chapter on marriage. Abu Dawud narrated it in the chapter on manners, 4/281 no. 4922, and Abd bin Humayd at 490 no. 1589.
