She would cover the tharid dish with something whenever she prepared it, until its steam subsided. Then she would say, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say that this brings greater blessing."
حدثنا حسن قال حدثنا ابن لهيعة قال حدثنا عقيل بن خالد عن ابن شهاب
أنها كانت إذا ثردت غطته شيئا حتى يذهب فوره ثم تقول إني سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول إنه أعظم للبركة
Its chain of transmission is hasan. Tabarani reported it in Al-Kabir 8/24, no. 226, and Darimi 2/137, no. 2047, and Haythami graded this route hasan in 5/19.
