I came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "I saw in my dream that one of your limbs was in my house or in my room."He said, "Fatimah will give birth, Allah willing, to a boy whom you will nurse."So Fatimah gave birth to Hasan, and he was handed over to me. I nursed him with the same milk as Qutham. One day I brought him to visit the Prophet ﷺ, and the Prophet ﷺ took him and placed him on his chest. The boy then urinated on his chest, and the urine reached his lower garment. I jabbed his shoulders with my hand.He said, "You have hurt my son, may Allah set you right," or he said, "may Allah have mercy on you."I said, "Give me your garment so I may wash it."He said, "The urine of a girl is to be washed, while water is merely poured over the urine of a boy."

أتيت النبي ﷺ فقلت إني رأيت في منامي أن في بيتي أو حجرتي عضوا من أعضائك قال تلد فاطمة إن شاء الله غلاما فتكفلينه فولدت فاطمة حسنا فدفعته إليها فأرضعته بلبن قثم وأتيت به النبي ﷺ يوما أزوره فأخذه النبي ﷺ فوضعه على صدره فبال على صدره فأصاب البول إزاره فزخخت بيدي على كتفيه فقال أوجعت ابني أصلحك الله أو قال رحمك الله فقلت أعطني إزارك أغسله فقال إنما يغسل بول الجارية ويصب على بول الغلام
