I freed a slave girl of mine, then the Prophet ﷺ came in to see me and I told him that I had freed her.He said, "May Allah reward you. But had you given her to your maternal uncles instead, your reward would have been greater."

أعتقت جارية لي فدخل علي النبي ﷺ فأخبرته بعتقها فقال آجرك الله أما إنك لو كنت أعطيتها أخوالك كان أعظم لأجرك
