The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever prays four rakahs before Dhuhr and four after it, Allah will forbid his flesh to the Fire."I have not abandoned them since I heard this.
حدثنا روح قال حدثنا الأوزاعي عن حسان بن عطية قال لما نزل عنبسة بن أبي سفيان الموت اشتد جزعه فقيل له ما هذا الجزع قال إني
قال رسول الله ﷺ من صلى أربعا قبل الظهر وأربعا بعدها حرم الله لحمه على النار فما تركتهن منذ سمعتهن
Its isnad is sahih. Abu Dawud reported it (2/23, no. 1269), as did Tirmidhi (2/292, no. 427), who said it is hasan gharib, Nasai (3/264, no. 1812), Ibn Majah (1/267, no. 1160), and Ibn Khuzayma (1/205, no. 1191), all of them in the chapter on prayer.
