Fatimah came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "I am experiencing continuous bleeding."He replied, "That is not menstruation, it is only a vein. Let her sit out the days of her usual menstrual period, then take a bath, fasten a cloth tightly around herself, and pray."
