The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I have been commanded to prostrate on seven bones, the forehead." Then he pointed with his hand to his nose, "and the two hands, the two knees, and the tips of the toes. We are not to tuck up our clothes or our hair."

إن رسول الله ﷺ قال أمرت أن أسجد على سبعة أعظم الجبهة ثم أشار بيده إلى أنفه واليدين والركبتين وأطراف القدمين ولا نكف الثياب ولا الشعر
