Ukashah bin Mihsan came out from my place along with a group of men from Banu Asad on the evening of the Day of Sacrifice, all wearing their shirts. Then they returned to me at night carrying their shirts in their hands. She said, I asked, "Ukashah, why is it that you went out wearing your shirts and have come back carrying them in your hands?"He replied, "Umm Qays informed us that this was a day on which we had been granted a concession, that once we had thrown the pebbles at the Jamrah, we became permitted to do everything that had been forbidden to us during ihram, except for relations with women, until we performed the tawaf around the House. But if evening came upon us and we had not yet performed tawaf, we returned to the state of ihram just as we had been before throwing the pebbles, until we performed the tawaf. We have not yet performed it, so we took off our shirts as you can see."
